Weight controller is used for auto weighing system.

Supply : 230 v ac

Input : load cell

Out put: 12 v for Couars, 12 v for fine, 12 v for dump

Settings:

1. Set weight

2. Set fine wight

3. Inflight weight

4. Auto tare time

Working:

When we press the run, course output will be on. As load reaches the fine weight corse output will be off and fine will on. As weight will reach set_weight fine will also be off. Ready o/p will be on. When we will give request signal the dump will be opened and cycle will start again.
